The Robotics Institute @ Guelph

The Robotics Institute @ Guelph is an advanced research lab within the School of Engineering. Research areas include robotic grasping and manipulation, machine and robot vision, robot learning, human-robot interaction, and mechatronics. Application areas include service robots in agriculture and healthcare as well as traditional applications of robotics in manufacturing, food processing, and automotive. The institute has strong record of working with industrial partners in various industries like Automotive (Automated inspection, bin picking, and assembly), Agriculture (Automated harvesting, disease scouting, and plant monitoring), and Health-care (Rehabilitation).
